TV Modulator
I have the original "Sup"R"Mod" modulator, but it doesn't appear
to be working at this time. I plan to trouble shoot it and get it
working when I get the chance.
Sup 'R' MOD. Update 4/8/07
The modulator has been fixed. There was a broken wire coming from the
Apple II connector. It is actually working better than I remember it
working in the old days. Maybe I have it connected to a better TV than I
used so long ago. Along the way the old label on the unit fell off.
Under it was another label that also fell off. Both of this labels
are shown in the picture above. Apparently all M&R did was build
a power supply that connected to a standard ASTEC RF modulator. and package
them together. The cable that came with the with unit was pretty unusual
in that it used an RF cable with two different RCA connectors with different
length pins on them. Unfortunately in days gone by I cut off one of
the RCA connectors. I haven't checked into replacement's yet, but it
might be interesting to find or build one. I also need to reattach
those labels. I also have my original instructions, the front page
